I’m currently reading the novel, “Trust Your Vibe” and I really really like it.
The novel is written with a series of secrets that will enable you to “Trust Your Vibe”. At the end of each secret, a total of 33 secrets in total, Sonia assigns you a task or assignment for the upcoming week.
This novel is challenging me to think about my spirituality on a daily basis, instead of just something Ido in private.
I really recommend this novel to anyone who is looking to develop their intuition, and trust their vibes and gut.
Patiently waiting for my soul tribe, so whenever you are. I am ready to vibrant on the highest level. I am ready to receive you!
When I realized I had an affinity for the spiritual and the metaphysical, the first piece of advice I was given was to surround myself around like-minded people. The notion that there were people who believe what I believed seemed impossible. I felt as if I would have to journey through the ends of the earth to find my soul tribe.
This is why the idea of a Metaphysical Exposition being in Toronto seems fantastical because I had no idea that events or expositions like this even existed. An event for palmists, tarot readers, oracle readers, reiki healers, aromatherapist, etc… An entire place filled will like-minded people with beautiful souls and energy.
Reveal to Heal. Open to Receive.
The Universe starts giving you mini miracles when you open yourself up to the possibility that anything is possible. A year ago I could not have imagined attending an event like the exposition, yet this past weekend I did.
There is something distinctly human in wanting to give people the benefit of the doubt. We always extend a certain degree of leniency because we do not want to assume the worst in someone. The line between naivety and worldliness is constantly blurred. We ignore our gut feeling, our intuition all because we don’t want to make any assumptions.
I was talking to a girl, for the sake of this post, we will call her Emily. Emily and I were vibing. I enjoyed talking to her and was thoroughly enjoying her presence in my life. We went on our first date, and I was really digging her. However, near the end of the date, I kept feeling these chills. It was cold in the building, but not cold enough to send chills up and down my body countless times. Nonetheless, I ignored the feeling and made my way home.
A day later, I was retelling the experience to my friends. I still couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off about Emily. For whatever reason, my energy was not vibing with her as much as I thought. I kept questioning myself, asking myself if it was reasonable to stop talking to someone based on a feeling. The famous dichotomy between being rational and irrational. However, for me, the conflict was really between being earthly and spiritual worlds.
Do I follow my intuition or my ego?
At first, I followed my ego, I spoke to my friends to see what they thought I should do. But I’m the hippie of my friends, explaining that I wanted to stop talking to someone because of a feeling seemed irrational. When push came to shove, they said the same thing.
So, I turned to my guides. Oracle cards are my divination of choice. I pulled out the “Work Your Light” deck and asked my question again.
Was it reasonable to cut someone off because of a feeling? Am I making the right choice?
I usually don’t use my decks for confirmation. However, this dilemma was bothering me and something told me to consult my guides. 44 Cards. 44 different possibilities. Yet the first card I pulled had a very simple answer – YES.
This lesson is a reminder that when in doubt. Trust your gut. It’s never wrong.
Do you believe that there are spirits? Do you believe that there are guides watching over your soul? Do you believe that you can communicate with them? Because I do.
I ALWAYS talk to my guides. Honestly, I was talking to them before I even knew there were guides. The way that I communicate with my guides is through Oracle cards. I use Tarot cards as well, but Oracle cards are my divination of choice. I always get the answer I need, not the one I want.
The only way to get more guidance in your life is to be open to receiving it.
Today, I went to the bank to take out some money. As I was taking out the money and putting it into my pocket, I felt a chill come across my body. In this moment, I was debating if I should put the money in my bag or pocket, but I went with pocket.
Nonetheless, chills usually mean that my spirit guides are trying to contact me/tell me something. However, I was in a rush to get home so I hurried.
I finally get home, I check my pocket and I realized my money was gone. As I was walking home, it must have fallen out of my pocket. I dropped my stuff at home and walked back to retrace my steps. As I’m retracing my steps, there was the $80 I lost siting in my neighbours driveway. I got lucky, however, if I LISTENED to what they were saying the first time, I wouldn’t have been in this situation.
TRUST YOUR GUT, VIBES, INTUITION! Whatever you want to call it, just trust it, cause it’s ALWAYS right. I should have put the money in my damn bag!
I’ve been thinking a lot about the word RITUAL. Every time I hear the word “ritual” I shudder a little. For me, the word is linked to witchcraft, black magic, and religion. The question is – WHY? The answer is – words have a connotative meaning. A word can invoke an idea or feeling, in addition to its literal meaning.
By definition, the word ritual means a set of fixed actions and sometimes words performed regularly, especially as part of a ceremony.
Ponder, the definition for a second. Are you pondering? Cause if you are, you’ll notice nothing about that definition says anything about witchcraft, black magic, and religion.
Drinking a coffee in the morning while listening to music can be a part of your morning ritual.
The definition does mention ceremony, but even so, it is defined as a set of formal acts, often fixed and traditional, performed on important social or religious occasions. Yes, they mention religion, but we have wedding ceremonies and graduation ceremonies.
I’ve been so caught up the connotative of the word, that I lost its literal meaning. Has this happened to you guys? Are their words you just can’t get passed? I would love to see how you unprogrammed the connotative meaning of a word.

Selenite is a crystal that everyone should use to get a good night’s rest.
Turning off my mind at night is one of the hardest things to do, but I’ve been meditating before bed with this beauty.
Connecting with its energy and having it in your space (i.e under your pillow, under your bed, on the bed side’s table if you’re a light sleeper) will put you in a calm and clear state.
